PLYMOUTH – Maine Game Wardens found two 11-year-olds that went missing from a backyard in Plymouth.
According to the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, Cooper Bowden and Neveah Woodard were found around 2:30 a.m. Sunday after spending most of the night in the woods.
The two kids, both from Plymouth, were playing outside around 6:30 p.m. Saturday when they wandered off.
After 20 minutes, parents noticed they were gone and went looking for them and then notified wardens and Maine State Police.
After searching with a K-9 unit and volunteers, two wardens found the kids three-quarters of a mile from the home.
Though cold, they were otherwise fine.
