HAMPDEN – Southbound traffic slowed on Interstate 95 near Dysart’s Truck Stop just before 1 p.m. for a motorcycle crash.
State police say two motorcycles were traveling together when one had a problem just before the exit.
“A female operator was driving a motorcycle blew the rear tire and she lost control,” Trooper Greg Ramp of the Maine State Police said from the scene. “The injuries don’t appear to be severe. She’s been transported to [Northern Light] Eastern Maine [Medical Center].”
Information about the driver was not immediately available.
Several troopers, Hermon Fire Department and Bouchard & Sons Towing responded to the scene.
