STONINGTON – A Stonington man’s death, which State Police originally considered “suspicious,” has now been ruled a suicide.
That announcement came late Tuesday evening from a Public Safety Department spokesman.
Investigators spent Monday night and most of Tuesday at the home of Matthew Billings.
A neighbor that a WVII/WFVX reporter spoke with on Tuesday said Billings was quiet, but seemed nice and polite.
