BUCKSPORT — Members of solidarity Bucksport were out in the cold making their message heard.
For every Saturday for the last 23 weeks, Solidarity Bucksport members have gathered to hold peaceful demonstrations to support social justice issues.
“It’s about no white supremacy, it’s about fairness, racial justice, equality, certainly no police brutality but we want to stand out here consistently every week to show that Bucksport Maine is in support of a brighter future for all our citizens,” said David Weeda, a member of Solidarity Bucksport.
