BANGOR — The Penobscot County grand jury has indicted a 40-year-old Bangor man on attempted murder charges.
Joshua McAuliffe was also indicted on charges of assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Bangor police said officers responded to a domestic violence report at 40 Westland St. in September of last year.
They said a Bangor woman was taken to the hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
Also indicted were 22-year-old Taezja DiPietro and 26-year-old Zachary Borg of Corinna. The two were indicted on numerous charges, including unlawful furnishing of drugs, domestic violence reckless conduct, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Court records said emergency medical services responded to their home on June 26 for an 11-month-old child in cardiac arrest.
Records said fentanyl was found in several rooms and in the baby’s crib.
A 26-year-old Hartland man was also indicted for allegedly beating and robbing a woman in Bangor in may.
Police say the victim told them she and Gaudet were passengers in a car when he assaulted her.
Gaudet was indicted on 2 counts of robbery, aggravated assault, and theft by unauthorized taking.
