More than 90K Mainers without power due to storm
0shares

STATEWIDE – Tens of thousands of Mainers are without power, thanks to a storm that’s brought howling winds and heavy rain to much of the state.

As of 11:40 p.m., Versant Power was reporting outages affecting more than 9,200 customers.

Most of the Versant Power outages are concentrated in northern Maine and along parts of the coast.

Meanwhile, around 11:40 p.m., Central Maine Power was reporting about 82,500 customers were without power. Many of those outages are in Cumberland and York Counties.

If you’re a Versant Power customer, you can report an outage here.

If you need to report an outage to Central Maine Power, you can do so here.

Both companies remind folks to stay away from downed power lines or trees touching them.
