STATEWIDE — Maine farmers and food producers are seeing a much-needed influx of funding thanks to the CARES Act.
The Mills administration announced more than $18 million in coronavirus relief grants have been awarded to 609 Maine farmers, food processors and food producers, as well as food banks and pantries to help with investments and unplanned expenses due to business interruptions brought on by the pandemic.
