BANGOR – More cases of COVID-19 have been identified at schools in Bangor.
That’s according to Bangor Interim Superintendent Kathy Harris-Smedberg, who said in a statement Wednesday evening “additional cases” were confirmed at Bangor High School and Fairmount School.
The school announced the first positive case Tuesday, which prompted a switch to fully remote learning through December 7. That schedule is unchanged by the additional cases.
Harris-Smedberg said all people who were in close contact with the confirmed cases have been notified.
She also said in the statement that Fairmount School will require no changes right now, with students able to attend in-person classes on Monday, Nov. 30.
