BANGOR – A Millinocket man will spend two years in federal prison for stealing a gun from a firearms dealer in Milo.
Randolph Bourgoin III, 32, was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Bangor.
According to court records, Bourgoin was caught on surveillance footage stealing the firearm from a display case in November 2018.
Authorities say he admitted to the theft and pleaded guilty on April 3 of this year.
He was also ordered to pay $430 in restitution and sentenced to three years of supervised release.
