BUCKSPORT – Anyone who is looking for something spooktacular to do Saturday may want to consider taking a trip to “Ghostport.”
Family-friendly Halloween fun will be taking place in and around downtown Bucksport from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Activities include a zombie fun run, coffin racing, trunk or treating, and scary trivia night at Verona Wine and Design.
Most of the events taking place are free.
“It starts out with an amazing parade. We call it the Lil Goblins Parade. Everyone is in costume — kids, adults, the whole show. We take over Main Street, even the local high school, dressed up playing appropriate tunes,” said Leslie Wombacher, executive director of the Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
