BELFAST — As a safe and fun way to get out of the house this winter, local businesses in Belfast will be holding the city’s first Ice Festival.
Twelve ice sculptures will be displayed throughout Belfast’s downtown area. There also will be two ice bars.
According to the owner of Delvino’s, there will be many fun outdoor activities for the kids and family to participate in.
“Other businesses in our community are making ice balloons, sculptures and come drop it off. It’s good that we get to be part of the community. Even during this hard time, we get to do something and be safe,” said Tina Delvino, owner of Delvino’s.
The event takes place this Saturday and is free to attend.
