BANGOR — A Bangor judge set bail at $10,000 for a Levant man charged with breaking into a Bangor home and then assaulting the owner when confronted.
Judge Ann Murray also questioned whether 34-year-old Lance Bradford understood what was taking place during the court appearance.
Bangor police arrested Bradford earlier this week after he allegedly broke into a Bangor home and allegedly assaulted the homeowner after he asked Bradford to leave.
The homeowner ran out of the house after Bradford allegedly attacked him.
Police later found Bradford on a nearby roof.
Bradford was charged with burglary, assault, and criminal mischief.
He was not asked to enter a plea Friday.
That’s because the charges are felonies and he must be charged by a grand jury indictment before a plea is entered.
