SKOWHEGAN — A positive COVID-19 test has forced the Skowhegan town clerk’s office to close.
According to a statement from the town, the clerk’s office is scheduled to reopen Monday, May 17.
The statement from the town said people can conduct many transactions online.
For example, car and boat registration renewals can be handled online. Hunting and fishing licenses can be purchased through the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife’s website.
