WALDOBORO – Maine drug enforcement officials say 26-year-old Jeffrey Aviles has been bringing crack cocaine and heroin from New York to the Waldoboro area.
The drugs allegedly were then repackaged, sold to local drug dealers. After searching Aviles home, crack, heroin, and a handgun was found. He’s charged with aggravated trafficking and possession of a firearm by a felon.
45-year-old Alphonso Belnavis of Waldoboro, also arrested. He’s charged with trafficking crack cocaine.
And 48-year-old Dean Feltis of Waldoboro, charged with unlawful possession of heroin.
