BANGOR – That’s the sentence handed down to 58-year-old James Stile who held up the E.W. Moore and Sons Pharmacy in Bingham.
The U.S. Attorneys Office says Stile was wearing a dust mask and gloves when he entered the store in September of 2011. He pulled out a shotgun, ordered three employees and a customer to lie on the floor while the owner filled a bag with drugs.
Stile fled the scene, but was later arrested. He has pleaded guilty to the charges.
He’ll spend 10 years behind bars and pay 13,000 dollars in restitution.
