(BANGOR) – This week on Friday Fitness, the Good Morning Maine news team takes on MMA Fitness at Young’s MMA in Bangor.
Its a workout which is aimed at working all parts of the body through using moves that MMA fighters use while fighting.
Owner and head coach of ‘Young’s MMA’, Chris Young, says he basically waters down the moves for the general public.
“The cool thing about it, every class is different. We do a little bit of everything. We punch punching bags to interval.”said Young.
He said the classes are filled with a variety of people, of all ages. They offer classes in the morning and the evening.
