BOOTHBAY HARBOR – A Boothbay Harbor man is going to prison for 7 years, after commiting 63 burglary and theft crimes over two years ago.
65-year-old Ronald Fuller pleaded guilty or no contest to the charges last Friday in Lincoln County Superior Court.
Prosecutors say from January 2012 to March of 2013, Fuller burglarized three businesses and 20 residences in the Boothbay Harbor area. On one day alone, he broke into seven different homes.
Fuller generally stole cash and jewelry, but also stole things of little or no monetary value, such as doorknobs and towel bars.
Fuller will begin serving his state sentence after he completes a 64-month federal sentence for stealing a car, fleeing the state and violating his probation.
