LINCOLN – Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal crash in Lincoln Friday afternoon.
According to Lincoln Public Safety Director Dan Summers, 60-year-old Nancy Violette of Woodville died in that crash.
Lincoln’s police chief said the two-vehicle accident happened around 12:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 6 and Center Pond Drive.
Violette was the lone occupant of her car when it collided head-on with an SUV that had three people inside.
Robert and Sylvia Walcott of Lee and their 11-year-old grandchild were all transported to a local hospital.
Summers said they were injured but are expected to make full recoveries. Police are still working to determine what caused the accident.
