Man in custody after robbery Featured

Written by

GLENBURN - A man is now in jail after robbing a Glenburn gas station convenience store Friday night around 8 p.m.

According to Jason Tocci, the owner of Tocci's Checkout on the Pushaw Road, a man that appeared intoxicated wanted alcohol and cigarettes but didn't have money to pay.

The man brandished a gun, but the owner said the man didn't aim it at him.

The man took off with the alcohol and cigarettes. Police later caught him in the area.

Tocci said no one was hurt and there was no money taken, and he hopes the man gets any help he needs.
