The festival will be held on Franklin Street, between Elizabeth Street and the former J and B Atlantic building and will feature local eateries serving up signature dishes and live music.
The event is all about celebrating Ellsworth's downtown.
"It's really important to remind people to come to their downtown. A downtown that's healthy is a downtown that's visited by folks who are tourists and, of course, the people that live here and for people to shop locally and to be entertained," said Heart of Ellsworth Executive Director Cara Romano.
Tickets are available for about $37 dollars and can be purchased online at heartofellsworth.org.
