ELLSWORTH – KeyBank’s Ellsworth branch workers on Wednesday celebrated the 29th annual Neighbors Make a Difference Day.
They went to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center to rake leaves, clean up the garden and do up the landscaping along the center’s edge.
“Certainly we get a lot of support from our community, mostly financially. It’s not every day that we get a hands-on type of support from community members and this time from the bank so we are so appreciative of that as well,” said Amy Kurman, the resource center’s program coordinator.
Cancer resource center employees at the cancer resource center said KeyBank did will help enhance the experience and beauty of the gardens for the people who use the resource center.
