ELLSWORTH - A former nursing home worker was found guilty Tuesday of violating another person's privacy.

However, a Hancock County Superior Court justice acquitted Jessica Bunker, 25, of Cranberry Isles of endangering the welfare of a person who was under her care.

According to a statement from the Hancock County District Attorney's Office, Bunker made a video recording of an 84-year-old female Alzheimer's patient in the victim's bathroom and sent the recording to a friend.

The statement said the victim was a resident of a Hancock County rehabilitation and nursing home which has since closed.

The judge sentenced Bunker to 10 days in Hancock County Jail.
