St. Albans man struck, killed by own truck on I-95 in Mass. Featured

CANTON, Mass. - Massachusetts state police say a St. Albans man was killed Sunday afternoon when he got out of his truck on a highway south of Boston.

Authorities believe Michael Kulas, 72, may have suffered a serious medical event, causing him to stop his Ford F-150 on Interstate 95 in Canton, Massachusetts.

Police say Kulas was then struck and fatally injured by his truck.

According to Massachusetts state police, the vehicle's transmission was still in drive at the time.

The incident is still under investigation.
