Police arrest 2 after Dexter robbery

DEXTER -Two people are facing charges after a robbery and police chase early Thursday morning.

Police said they got the call about a robbery at 14 Maple St. about 1:40 a.m.

 

Authorities said they spotted Harji Rogers of New York and his girlfriend, Sierra Senna, of Portland in a car on Route 7 in Corinna. The couple pulled their vehicle into a private residence and took off on foot into the woods, police said.

 

A Dexter police officer found them in a nearby field and took them into custody.

 

Rogers is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, felony theft by unauthorized taking and providing a false name. Senna is charged with resisting arrest and felony theft.

 

Police said the robbery remains under investigation.
