"Healthy Mind" will focus on various mental health topics, including ADHD, anxiety and caregiver burden.
"When I started seeing patients here a year ago, I realized there was a need for the community. People can't always get to therapy. It's expensive or they don't have time. A lot of people have questions and needs that are going unmet," said Dr. Caroline Hollnagel.
The classes are free and the public is encouraged to attend. The first session is scheduled for Feb. 26 and will be about memory.
