Windham man arrested in early morning shooting Featured

WINDHAM - One man has been arrested and charged after police said he acted recklessly in a shooting incident where one person was injured in Windham.

Police said 30-year-old Keith Segler of Windham has been arrested and charged with two counts of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.

 

Just after 1:00 AM Saturday the Windham Police Department responded to Emerson Drive for reports of gunshots and yelling.

 

Officers located a 27-year-old gunshot victim with nonlife-threatening injuries.

 

Segler has been transported to the Cumberland County Jail.

 

The case remains under investigation.
