BANGOR – A Hampden man is facing charges for allegedly recording people in a bathroom at a Bangor hospital.
Police said they arrested 58-year-old David Waltz on Monday on an active warrant.
Waltz is charged with 15 counts of invasion of privacy, a Class D offense.
