The driver and two passengers suffered minor injuries during the crash.
Officials say they were able to safely get the passengers out by keeping the vehicle on its side.
"So extraction was to stabilize the motor vehicle, which was used with wenches and stabilizing platforms. The vehicle roof was cut and two were extracted by us and one was self extracted," Old Town Public Safety Director Scott Wilcox said.
The Orono and Old Town town fire departments, Orono police and state game wardens also were called to the scene.
