The pilings were damaged and bent from ice in the river this past winter.
Workers also had to drill out a little deeper to made sure the docks were safe.
The deputy harbor master says he's pleased with the speedy repairs.
"It came quicker than we thought," said Deputy Harbor Master John Babine with Ellsworth Harbor Park and Marina, "we expected it to be a little bit longer, but the guys who did the work were wonderful."
"It's really in good shape now," he added, "better shape than it's ever been."
People could be seen enjoying lunch and the nice weather earlier this week.
Babine said people have not been putting their boats in just yet, but expects that to pick up soon.
