This Saturday community members can participate in numerous activities such as cardboard sled racing and ice skating.
The fun kicks off at 9 a.m., at the Woodlawn Museum with sleigh rides, followed by a snow sculpture contest.
Later in the afternoon people can head over to Knowlton Park for some human bowling and kids hockey.
Ellsworth Recreation Commission Chair Uriah Hon said "I say it every year... It's important to get everyone out during the middle of winter... It's a tough time, it's cold and easy to stay inside... We want people to come out and see what the city has to offer."
And to end the night with a bang, there will be fire works at 6:00 p.m.
