BANGOR - The man accused of a Second Street murder in early January made his first court appearance Tuesday.

F Daly, 29, of Boston will remain in Penobscot County Jail without bail that was the decision handed down by Judge Ann Murray Tuesday afternoon.

Daly is charged with the shooting murder of Israel Lewis, 51, of Bangor. Lewis was found on January 10th by Bangor police after a friend reportedly saw him through a window not moving.

The affidavit remains sealed, and a harnish hearing will be scheduled in March. At that time, he is expected to enter a not guilty plea and a trial will be scheduled.
