DOVER FOXCROFT - Police say a drunk driver caused a crash in Dover Foxcroft that left a home badly damaged.

They said it was around 1:54 a.m. Wednesday when Wiley Roberts, 24, of Corinna was driving a Jeep Wrangler on Route 15.

Officials said he was intoxicated and driving too fast when he went off the road on a curve.

The Jeep slammed into two road signs and a utility pole before crashing into a van that was parked in the driveway.

The impact of the crash sent the van slamming into the house, leaving the house with extensive damage.

Roberts was arrested and charged with oui and police say additional charges are expected.

A male passenger in the Jeep was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries and later released.
