CONNETICUT – Two people from Veazie are facing charges after they were caught with drugs earlier this week in Connecticut.
Anthony McLaughlin and Riley Cannell are being charged with conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of an untaxed drug and possession of less than one half ounce of cannabis.
Connecticut State Police said they pulled over a Toyota Camry with the two inside on Monday for a motor vehicle stop on Route 15. That’s when they say they found a bag with used heroin inside.
A further investigation uncovered 80 bags of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
