Rabbi Darah Lerner said the discussion will center around Anne Frank and her impact on Jewish America and their view of the Holocaust based on Anne's story.
Rabbi Lerner said "He's focusing on the unique experience of America with that book. The changes and adaptations we made with the book, how incredibly popular the book was. Its broadly taught in schools from very young children to college ."
The rabbi said the event is open to the public. The presentation starts at 7 p.m. Friday and there will be time for open discussion afterwards.
