BANGOR – State police are looking for a driver involved in a hit and run crash in Bangor.
Wednesday afternoon, a pickup truck was cut off by a driver in a small SUV. The truck ended up crashing into a guard rail on Interstate 395 before rolling over several times.
The driver of the other vehicle stopped for a moment before driving away from the scene.
One witness, Mike McDonald said “I was about half way down through. I looked and the next thing I know I see this guy doing like a somersault because a woman cut him off and he went end over end and that’s where you can see where his truck sits.”
The driver of the truck has been identified as Damon Noyes. He escaped without any serious injuries.
Police are now trying to find the driver of the other vehicle which was described as a gray or silver SUV, possibly a Rav-4.
