WATERVILLE- Thomas College hosted their second annual Dirty Dog Mud Run Sunday to support intramural programs at the school.
Music could be heard across campus as over five hundred participants negotiated obstacles including climbing walls, tire flips, cargo nets, and, of course, mud pits. There was also a special obstacle run just for the kids.
The Waterville Fire Department helped out pumping in nearly 10,000 gallons of water to make the mud.
All participants were given custom medals commemorating the experience as they crossed the finish line.
