4th annual Literacy Tea set for Sunday Featured

BANGOR -  This Sunday, John Bapst High School will be turned into a magical literary wonderland!

Mary Lyon from the Literacy Volunteers of Bangor joined Blake Lipton and Laura Smith to talk about the upcoming and 4th annual Literacy Tea.

The event is a unique fundraiser hosted by the Literacy Volunteers of Bangor and will feature decorated tables, each featuring a memorable children's book, as well as some lesser known stories.

There will also be plenty of snacks and pastries.

The event will take place from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 3rd and all ages are welcome.

Tickets are $20 each and are available only with advance purchase.
