ORONO - An estimated 28,000 Mainers are living with the devastating effects of Alzheimer's disease.

That's why the folks at Dirigo Pines Retirement Community are holding a benefit fashion show on Thursday that will feature residents and staff as models. Christopher and Banks, Valentine Shoe and Specialty Sweets are among the businesses contributing to the effort. Proceeds will go toward the Walk to End Alzheimer's.

During his interview at noon on Wednesday, Craig learned more about the fashion show from Dirigo Pines Outreach Director Susan Habeeb and Christopher and Banks Sales Manager Deb Francis.
