ORONO, Maine – University of Maine men's track and field standout James Reed (Garmisch, Germany) set a school-record in the 110-meter hurdles at the prestigious Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays hosted by the University of Texas on Friday. Reed won his heat and placed 13th in the prelims with a time of 14.19, breaking his own school record of 14.34 set two years ago. Women's track and field standout Jesse Labreck (Oakland, Maine) placed second in her heat and 27th in the prelims of the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.90, a top-3 school time.
