WAKEFIELD, Mass. – While the women’s basketball team will have its second straight weekend of home games, the UMaine men’s and women’s hockey teams will be back on the road.
Hockey East announced Tuesday afternoon that the UMaine men’s hockey series against Providence will now be played in Rhode Island, as the school is still beholden to the 50 person indoor gathering limit enacted by Gov. Mills executive order.
Puck drops at 3:30 and 4:30, on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Both games will air on NESN.
The women’s hockey team will be back in action after missing last weekend due to a presumptive positive COVID-19 test.
The team has been cleared, and will play Vermont instead of Providence. Both games are at 6 PM, and can be streamed on College Sports Live.
