Bowdoin women's basketball ready for second straight Final Four appearance

BRUNSWICK - 2018-2019 has been the quite the year for women's basketball in Maine. The University of Maine is heading back to the America East final, Husson made the NCAA Tournament and Bowdoin is back in the Final Four.

Since suffering its first loss of the season in the NESCAC tournament a few weeks ago the Polar Bears have rolled.

 

Bowdoin has outscored NCAA tournament opponents 348-262 and is in its second straight Final Four. The goal all year has been to return to the national title game, months later the Polar Bears are one game away.

 

"This season's been really long quite frankly you know we've played 31 games already which is kinda crazy we knew what it would take to get us to the Final Four after last season and so I think we're super excited," guard Hannah Graham said.
