Hermon repeats as Class B cheering state champions, Ellsworth and Bangor are runners up

AUGUSTA - The Hawks claimed their eleventh state championship in thirteen years.


Ellsworth earned the runner up spot in Class B, after winning Class B north.


In the morning session, Central Aroostook won their eleventh state championship in twelve years in Class D


Class A saw Biddeford win a state title for the first time since 2014, followed by Bangor then Lewiston.


Lisbon took home the title in Class C.
