Northeastern men's hockey completes sweep of Maine with 4-0 win on Saturday

ORONO - Northeastern goalie Cayden Primeau made 33 saves on his team's way to 4-0 win.

The first period went scoreless, after Maine killed two penalties.


Northeastern came out of the first intermission ready to play, scoring three goals in the second period and effectively sealing the win.


 Brandon Hawkins scored the final two goals of the game, the third goal of the game coming on the power play.


Maine falls to 7-11-2 on the season, and they face Boston College in Chestnut Hill on Wednesday.
