WINSLOW - MCI football further solidified their place atop Class C North standings, with a 28-7 win over Winslow Saturday afternoon.

A game that was 14-7 at halftime, it saw a pair of Huskies touchdowns as the only points in the second half.

Kempton Roy took a seventeen yard run in for the first touchdown of the second half, and later intercepted a ball and returned it for another one.

A big win for MCI according to their coach.

"Absolutely we needed this one..the Herman game was big..we've got a couple more to get..look forward to the postseason but we've gotta finish this thing off and make sure we do before we look too far ahead..," said MCI head coach Tom Bertrand.
