EDMONTON, Alberta - After a successful four years in Orono, former Maine Black Bear Nolan Vesey has a new landing spot.

The former Black Bear forward was traded by the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Edmonton Oilers Friday, in exchange for a conditional seventh round draft pick in 2020. Vesey, a sixth round pick in 2014, must be signed by August 15 to a new deal or he will become an unrestricted free agent.

Vesey scored 11 goals with 14 assists in 37 games this past season.
