BANGOR – Husson University announced its updated decision on Monday regarding spectators for its spring sports events on campus.
Their first decision was temporary, but this one is permanent. Parents and Husson fans will have to watch from their computers for the rest of the spring.
Husson University announced Monday that it would extended its temporary decision to play in front of no spectators through the remainder of the spring.
A release from the school says the decision adds an additional layer of protection for its coaches and athletes, while adding more frequent surveillance testing for COVID-19.
The school says most home events will stream on the athletics website.
