EUGENE, Ore. – Orono graduate Hannah Steelman finished fourteenth in the 3000m steeplechase on Thursday.
Former Orono distance runner, and six time state champion, Hannah Steelman finished fourteenth in the NCAA 3000m steeplechase national championship on Thursday.
Steelman finished seventh in her heat, posting a 9:46.09 time, and finishing among the top fifteen college runners.
This is her first time competing for North Carolina State, after transferring from Wofford. Steelman finished third in the NCAA cross country national championships in her first appearance for the Wolfpack.
