Lawyer: Evidence doesn't support charging ex-Minnesota quarterback in fight with player

An attorney for former Minnesota quarterback Philip Nelson says prosecutors don't have enough evidence to justify charges of first-degree assault.

Nelson is accused of attacking Minnesota State, Mankato football player Isaac Kolstad outside some bars in Mankato following an argument on May 11.
