Fireworks erupted 14 laps into Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint Unlimited at Daytona International Speedway.

Mark your calendars now and get ready to "reach up and pull those belts down tight one more time!" The Daytona 500 on FOX is set for noon ET on Feb. 24.

Tony Stewart came down on Marcos Ambrose entering Turn 2. While Stewart was able to save his car, the incident caused the field to check up behind him, creating a crash that collected six drivers, including Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Denny Hamlin, Kurt Busch, Mark Martin and Kyle Busch. Martin Truex Jr. also had minor damage in the incident.

“I saw a car sideways,” Martin said. “I thought we were all going to be fine. The 14 got sideways and then the rest of us tangled.”

During the caution, Dale Earnhardt Jr. remarked, “The cars don’t push real well – at least not the guy out front. It’s real hairy.”

Twelve cars restarted the race on Lap 19.
