Bowdoin Women Dominate Husson

Bangor, Me – Husson Women's Basketball fell to Bowdoin College Tuesday night 70-29 at Newman Gym.  After coming off of three consecutive conference wins, the Eagles faced a tough non-conference team in the Bowdoin Polar Bears. Chrissy Larrabee (Brooks, ME) was the high scorer of the evening putting up 7 points and 5 rebounds for Husson in 27 minutes. Right behind her was Victoria McIntyre (Mars Hill, ME) who put up 6 points and 6 rebounds in 29 minutes of play. 
Bowdoin's Kirsten Prue (Auburn, ME) was the high scoring Polar Bear with 10 points, 3 rebounds in 31 minutes of play. Kaitlin Donahoe (Amherst, NY), Shannon Brady (Scituate, MA), Siena Mitman (Mequon, WI), and Megan Phelps (Southwest Harbor, ME) all scored 9 points for Bowdoin. 
Husson who falls to 4-9 on the season (4-4 in NAC play) will travel to University of Maine at Farmington on Thursday in a conference matchup at 5:30 PM.
